You are responsible for the shipping costs of both the returned item, and the replacement. Refunds will only be given if the item has been obviously misrepresented.
I take great care to describe each piece accurately and to ensure that photos represent my jewellery in true colour, but please remember that colours in photos can vary depending on your monitor. I am sure though, that you will love your piece upon receiving it.
In the event of a refund being processed, the original delivery charges and those for return of the item, will not be refunded.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Do not shower/bathe in your jewellery or expose it to chemicals such as those used in swimming pools or hot tubs. Do not wear your jewellery whilst applying perfume, hairspray or skin care products - this will speed up the oxidisation process and perfume can adversely affect natural gemstones - wait until your perfume is dry before putting on your jewellery.
If you think your cherished piece of jewellery is looking dull, put a dampened finger into some bicarbonate of soda and rub the silver. Rinse under cold water and dry with a clean, soft cloth, ideally lint free. Alternatively, any silver cleaning cream with a lint free cloth will bring out the beauty of the silver but be careful not to rub onto any gemstones that are part of your piece.

Pendant or Necklace?
This can sometimes be confusing. My understanding of the difference, and what works for this site, is that a pendant is an item which can be removed from its chain. A necklace is in item with which the chain in incorporated as part of the piece and not removable.
