These little oak leaves are sterling silver.  Using the ancient Korean technique of Keum Boo, 23.5ct gold has been fused to the surface of the silver at high temperatures, ensuring a permanent bond.  The rich colour of the almost pure gold creates a lustrous finish for these elegant little earrings.
 
The Oak is a powerful symbol of strength, endurance, eternity and honour - as Douglas Keister put it 'Just as the lion is the King of Beasts, the Oak is the King of Trees'.

    Each oak leaf is approximately 9mm long by 6mm at the widest point.  They are finished with silver butterfly scrolls for fastening.

    The earrings are delivered in my eco-friendly bespoke packaging.
