SHIPPING POLICIES
 
Processing time

The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch can vary.

In stock items will be dispatched 3-5 working days following the order.

Orders that incorporate handmade chains with handmade clasps with length options will be dispatched in 5-8 working days.

Made to Order items have processing times stated on the product page.

Commissions, customised and personalised items may take longer to make & dispatch, depending on the design.  You will be advised of lead times at the time of ordering.  If you would like more information please contact the workshop and we can discuss options and time frames.


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Jewellery by Annamarie cannot be responsible for any delays due to customs.

 

Postage

All UK orders are posted Royal Mail Special delivery.  All international orders are posted Tracked & Signed For.  Both offer tracking and insurance.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

Jewellery by Annamarie will accept returns for refund - please see the following conditions:

 

Conditions of Returns
  1. Contact me within 7 days of delivery

  2. Send items back within 14 days of delivery

  3. Items returned must be in original condition for resale.

  4. Items must be well packaged for return via RM Special Delivery or Intnl Tracked & Signed For postage.

  5. Cost of original postage is not refunded and items are returned at customers cost.


Due to the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, they cannot be returned or payment refunded:

 

  • Customised or personalised orders

  • A commissioned piece of jewellery

  • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

 

Should you receive any of such items damaged and not fit for purpose, please contact me directly.

 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item that meets the above stipulated condition criteria.

CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges

Upon receipt of the original item, the exchange will be dispatched within timeframe stipulated in the shop shipping policies.

 

If the item is not returned in the original condition, the exchange cannot be made & the buyer will be responsible for the postage of the original item back to the buyer address.

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
