SHIPPING POLICIES
 
Processing time

The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch can vary.

In stock items will be dispatched 2-3 working days following the order.

Orders that incorporate handmade chains with handmade clasps with length options will be dispatched in 5-7 working days.

Commissions, customised and personalised items will take longer to make & dispatch.  You will be advised of lead times at the time of ordering.  If you would like more information please contact the workshop and we can discuss options and time frames.


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Jewellery by Annamarie cannot be responsible for any delays due to customs.

 

Postage

Special delivery provides an insured, tracked and signed for service.  It is available and recommended for all purchases but especially those over £50.00.
Should you choose Royal Mail signed for purchases under £50 Jewellery by Annamarie will not be responsible for all delivery failures due to loss during the postal process.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

Jewellery by Annamarie will accept returns for refund - please see the following conditions:

 

Conditions of Returns
  1. Contact me within 7 days of delivery

  2. Send items back within 14 days of delivery

  3. Items returned must be in original condition for resale.


Due to the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, they cannot be returned or payment refunded:

 

  • Customised or personalised orders

  • A commissioned piece of jewellery

  • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

 

Should you receive any of such items damaged and not fit for purpose, please contact me directly.

 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item that meets the above stipulated condition criteria.

CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Contact me within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Send items back within 14 days of delivery.

  3. Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

  4. Items returned must be in original condition - fit for resale.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Due to the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged or payment refunded:

  • Customised or personalised orders.

  • A commissioned piece of jewellery.

  • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons).

  • Items on sale.

  • Item resulting from a previous exchange.

 

Exchanges

Upon receipt of the original item, the exchange will be dispatched within timeframe stipulated in the shop shipping policies.

 

If the item is not returned in the original condition, the exchange cannot be made & the buyer will be responsible for the postage of the original item back to the buyer address.

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
