"Like a lot of people, I received money from my dad for Christmas. I didn't want it to disappear into a new food mixer - I wanted something meaningful. I remembered seeing the amazing Little Critters pendant & knew that it was the perfect way to spend my gift.
It represents the journey we've been on as a family. I see mom, dad & me. I have an amazing brother but he has his own family. Mom had dementia & it slowed her down, but we slowed down too - we were a family & we stuck together. Life carried on & we went round in circles but we survived. Slow & steady, we got there. We kept mom at home. These beautiful snails have their home on their backs, the leaves & the delicate twine, to me, represent new life & the circle of life. Dad has leukaemia now & my caring journey is continuing. This absolutely amazing necklace will forever hold in my heart how important family is and how life continues.
